Description
As with all the varieties in the Fruit Snacks® Columnar Apples family, ‘Blushing Delight’ is easy to grow and care for due to its narrow form and size to 10 to 12 feet tall and about 3 to 5 feet wide, which makes it an ideal choice for small spaces and containers, and its cold tolerance and reliable disease resistance. As with other apples, you will need to plant two different varieties for pollination and heavy fruit set. The unique and tasty Blushing Delight Apple features loads of pretty, magenta-pink buds that open to white flowers that are followed by green apples flushed with red. The flavorful, crisp, juicy fruits have a light, sweet taste, which makes them perfect for fresh-eating right off the tree. With a stately upright form, beautiful flowers, fast growth rate, and pretty fruits, Blushing Delight is sure to be a captivating conversation piece and, as its name suggests, an edible delight as well.
